For legal and practical reasons it is preferable to escape, deter or avoid an attack when possible; therefore, we address the following concepts in our situational awareness course: awareness, defensive mind-set, personal protection plans, avoiding confrontations, recognizing body language and signs of aggression, target avoidance, and responding to attacks. This course is beneficial to all citizens, especially teens and students.
Many predatory physical attacks are at close distance and when you least expect them. Oftentimes people are not armed for various reasons; therefore, we offer hands-on self-defense techniques that can be useful in these type situations. In this course instructors emphasize situational awareness to prevent such attacks, and those physical combat measures that may be employed if the need arises.
Vehicle and Roadside Safety

Emergency Preparedness for Home, Work and Other
