This course is beneficial to all citizens, especially teens and students.

    Self-Defense Techniques

Many predatory physical attacks are at close distance and when you least expect them. Oftentimes people are not armed for various reasons; therefore, we offer hands-on self-defense techniques that can be useful in these type situations. In this course instructors emphasize situational awareness to prevent such attacks, and those physical combat measures that may be employed if the need arises.
